Jovelle is a contemporary fine jewelry brand founded by Joey Dong in June 2025 in Boston, USA. We design and curate high-quality pieces for the perfectly peculiar—those who embrace elegance with a bold twist.

Specializing in sterling silver and gold, Jovelle blends femininity and masculinity, modern minimalism and eclectic charm. Our designs draw inspiration from everyday objects, celebrating the unexpected beauty in the mundane. References from art, music, photography, and nature are often woven into each collection.

About the designer

Joey Dong is a contemporary jewelry designer and multidisciplinary artist. Born in China and based in the United States, Joey’s passion for design began in childhood, when she started creating garments for her Barbie dolls at six years old.

At the age of 18, Joey moved to New York City to study Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design, and later earned a Master’s degree in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard University. Before founding Jovelle, Joey has also worked in the tech and consulting industries at companies such as Amazon and Boston Consulting Group. Her diverse background and passion—spanning fashion, jewelry, painting, photography, learning design, and technology—infuses her design with a distinctive, cross-disciplinary perspective and eclectic allure.
