For in-stock items, you orders will be shipped within two business days.
For pre-order and made-to-order items, shipping time varies and we will provide estimated shipping timeframes on the
product pages. -
We are currently shipping within the United States only. However, we’re excited to welcome international customers soon—worldwide shipping is coming later this year!

We accept returns within a 14-day window if you are not satisfied with your order. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered. The cost of returns back to us have to be borne by the customer and have to come with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail and sent without tracking.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition
without signs of wear or damage - Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund and/or exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
- Final sale items are non-returnable
Return Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The shipping costs will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
Jovelle does not accept unauthorized returns and such items will be returned to sender without Jovelle bearing any liability or responsibility for any associated loss.

To return one or more items from an order, contact customer service team (email: contact@jovellejewelry.com) for a return authorization. please write your order number in the email’s subject line.
Please note we do not provide a return label. customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return of the items. Taxes and duties on international shipments are non-refundable.
Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, our customer service team will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note that we do not offer a separate exchange option. If you would like to exchange one or more items from your order, please request a return and place a new order for the replacement items. -
When a new order is placed, it is considered a careful and thoughtful purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests to be accommodated. Please reach out to our customer service team (email: contact@jovellejewelry.com) and we will do our best to support you. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund for you.

Many of our products are made with sterling silver, which can naturally tarnish over time. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your fine jewelry in a safe, dry place when engaging in the following activities:
- Performing household and outdoor chores
- Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
- Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
- Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
- Preparing meals
If your silver jewelry starts to tarnish, you can restore the shining brilliance by using silver polishing cloth.

To take care of your jewelry, please:
- Avoid exposure to cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. These products can damage your jewelry.
- Remove your jewelry before exercising, cleaning, bathing, showering, or sleeping.
- Store in a dry place. In addition, it is best to store your items separately from other jewelry.
- Gently clean your jewelry with a clean and soft cloth.
- Refrain from exposing your items to abrasives, solvents, or cleaning compounds.
